Our company was established in 2001 by the Union of Taris Olive and Olive Oil Co-operatives, 33 co-operatives affiliated with the Union and 28,000 olive producers. Our Company’s goal is to locally and globally market, sell and distribute our shareholders’ products in the most effective way possible.
To further strengthen the Union's long history and to be prepared against the potential negative effects of globalization on our industry, we continue the ideals that have shaped our company's foundation.
Taris Zeytin, Inc. is an important link that carries the Union from its roots in 1915 to the present day and into the future.
We proudly take our olive oil to local consumers through a wide network of dealers and chain stores, and to those consumers abroad through our stores in Chicago, Toronto and Dusseldorf along with our kiosks and corner stores in various cities in the world.
