The data, provided by you is processed and used by Olarius and its commercial partners only for the purpose of executing the orders and for subsequent customs relations, legally allowed and as desired by you. Thus it is necessary, to pass the data to logistic partners (i.e. DPD, Deutsche Post, TNT, UPS or DHL). Furthermore you are saving your data within the scope of your Olarius customs account in order to simplify repeated entries (name, address, e-mail address, password, payment methods, order history, etc.)
The security of your data is very important for us. For that reason, we are very careful with all the personal data you provide and will not transfer the data of our customers to other companies, except it is necessary for the support of the business realtionship respectively for processing the orders as described above. Furthermore, your personal data within the online account is protected by a password and cannot be accessed by third parties.
Furthermore, the servers and the other hardwares used in processing your orders are behind secure firewalls and have network security systems which are being continuously tested for their reliability. Moreover, these hardwares are run by secure softwares.
The credit card information that you provide with TA-ZE during your purchases are encrypted by a 128-bit SSL ("Secure Sockets Layer") encryption technology to ensure their confidentiality. SSL is currently the most widely used encryption technology. Here, the data is first encrypted and then, decrypted only by the web site who has the relevant certification and the required key for this purpose. In other words, SSL ensures that the information sent is decrypted only at the correct address. The verification is made at both ends which protects information's confidentiality and integrity. In other for the encrypted data to be decrypted, it is necessary to try 2128 different keys and the information still has to be relevant when decrypted.
An online store needs to pass through a detailed review to be able to obtain B + S Card Service GmbH’s (Saferpay) SSL technology. TA-ZE utilizes B + S Card Service GmbH’s (Saferpay) encryption technology.
You can easily see whether the information you send is being encrypted by checking if the web page's address changes from "http" to "https". On top of this, you see a "lock" on the bottom right hand side if you are using Internet Explorer and a "key" on the bottom left if you are using Netscape.
The credit card information you provide when purchasing at TA-ZE is sent directly to the credit card processing institution B + S Card Service GmbH without entering TA-ZE's network. That means, credit card information is never stored in our system.
TA-ZE does not provide third parties with any of the personal and contact information that you had supplied.
